Pre sales questions

We process your order within two (2) business day, from the time it's placed to when the package is handed to the carrier.The transit time for international shipments with may vary depending on your location, but should take no longer than 7 business days.

You can change your order only if you contact us immediately after ordering infor@minimalvue.com. Unfortunately, we're unable to modify your order once we've startedprocessing it. lf you need to order a different quantity or an additional product afterprocessing begins, please place a another order online.

Our products are carefully and safely packed, so they don't often come broken or damagedbut anything can happen during international transportation. lf such a situation occurs byany chance, no worries; all of our shipments are insured, and we will gladly provide you witha replacement free of charge. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving youlorder at infor@minimalvue.com with a photo of the broken/damaged product, and we will"eship the goods ASAP. Please don't immediately open a chargeback with vour bank, and letus know your situation first. We will do our best to reship your order using the expressshipping method so you can get your new item as soon as possible.
